You can get China transponder keys they are just not as cheap.

lol. Annoying for flashing the ECU's as well "Oh, you got an 08 R6? nice", they show up, it's an 08 R6S = not flashable! lol.
And it's not really an 05 R6, the R6S has no radial brakes, no inverted forks, smaller throttle bodies, etc. It's basically an 04 R6 with an 05 R6 fuel pressure regulator
