Bar risers for Bandit, a question for Vlad

I remember a member here talking about having bar risers for his Bandit that were 1" up and 1" back. Was wondering about clearance issues? I have 1" up risers on my Bandit and it looks like if I had 1"up and back that the bars would hit the tank in full lock. Let me know what you found with your bar risers. Thanks.

Vlad was kicked to the curb quite a while ago.
I had a couple Bandits. Didn't bother with risers. Front brake lines need to be custom made. OEM aren't long enough.
I don't think you'll have any probs turning the bars to full lock. If you went 1" back, maybe, but one inch up should take care of any clearance issue you may be wondering about.

I currently have 1" up risers and they did make a big difference vs. stock, but being only 5'8" and having tyrannosaur arms, I am still reaching more than I would like. There is only a small gap between the bars and the tank now at full lock, so not sure if the 1up+1back risers would hit or not. I've heard of other bandit riders using them but not sure if they'll hit. I did have to get a custom break line done when I switched to the 1ups, so I'm sure it would have to be done again if I went 1back as well.
