Manufacturer motorcycle show is moving both place and date

I'm not cheap, but $30-40 out of pocket and zero ability to leave the building for walk to dinner/drinks makes the direct energy building suck for consummer shows.
Its great for setup/takedown and marshaling of trucks is easy, the logoistics shine, but as a spectator, oy vey.

Let's hope this is the last nail in the coffin for this event, forcing the organizers to get back together and have one big show at the International Centre.

Given the acrimony between the two organizations, I doubt that it will happen. It's what SHOULD happen though.

Just move the manufacturers back to the January Show. Have them "run" the halls separately, but at least in the same building at the same time.

Exactly...I'm a definite no go to Ex.....got my bike for a couple years anyways

Dummies. First they create two shows because the manufacturers want to show their products before Christmas. Bar wanted to remain in January. Now they want Feb when all the dealers will already have the new models at the Jan show (the ONLY good thing about their show in the first place). Really? So the manufacturers will unveil the new models a month and a half after the dealers have them at the Jan show. Wow no wonder the motorcycle industry is such a mess. Can tell you now that SOAR will be at the Jan show an will be sitting out the Feb show. Once again......Dummies! Only kinda good thing is getting out of the convention centre which is a PITA to set up and tear down.
people complain about the parking fees......i know what your booth costs. good on you for being there.
