Road trip across Canada: bike versus car?

I have to provide not only same day and emergency service but also 24 hour service. Try finding someone who knows what they are doing that you trust to cover for you for more than 3 weeks.
 
In my case, I left for California the next day after my last day of university. I had to make it back in short time because it was going to be my first day at work. Had 18 days MAX to do the trip, planned for a 14 day trip. Made it home in 16 days :)

Thanks. I really wish i took more pictures and wrote more each day but we were riding through that heatwave and were just so tired each day.
