wow Jamie you improved a lot. I see you are hitting 1:27s already, good job!
Thanks! When the wind let down and the sun came out I pushed a little harder (mostly on the brakes, not just coasting into turn 2 like I usually do cause I'm too lazy to shift when I see the shift light down the side straight

), and was able to squeak in a 1:24 (using my bikes built in lap timer, lol)!!!

Next season on a hot sunny day I'd really like to push hard, but being SOOOO damn cold, and no sun out so the track was cold too, and me with no tire warmers, I only wanted to push so hard, as to keep my pretty OEM bodywork well, you know, pretty

I did feel the front slide a little once or twice (visible in the video, I'll tag the times when I have a chance to watch the whole thing).
Jamie, your passing skills are awesome...
hehe. Thanks! They put some pretty tight restrictions on the passing, even in yellow group, so you gotta pass when you can! It sucks if you're following someone super slow on a litre bike the entire lap, and then they try and drag race you down the straight away, so it helps to pick a better line/faster exit onto the straights so you can still get passed them easy
yes, nice clean passing - thanks! And also thanks for the nice video! You were stuck behind me for a lap starting at about 46:00, and then again at 1:10.
1:27? On your second track day? Amazing. Took me 10 days to do a 1:29....
Oh yeah, I liked your bike. Your pipes sound nice!! You can hear them at
1:10:40 in the video, even over my exhaust! Impressive

Your bike has nice torque too, gets off the corners good!
Great meeting everyone yesterday! Finally got to ride with Jamie, he's one fast and loud double piped mofo
Was nice to meet you too

Sucks we couldn't run together, things kept getting messed up (including watching for you, where'd he go? Oh, he's out in the grass, that's where! LOL!)
We'll definitely have to run some more track days next season. Can't wait to try Calabogie
