Slabbed it down a few times, the last 2 years I've taken 219 all the way to the end then shot over to Willeville and run down the BRP the next day, did the reverse on the way home. I'm always late out the door so I never make it to http://www.willvillebikecamp.com/ the first night on the way down, but stay there on the way home.

Will be crossing in Niagara or Fort Erie on early Friday morning. Basically my goal is to be at the bottom of the Cherohala Skyway (NC side) by supper Saturday night, there's gonna be freshly smokled Brisket waiting :D.

Any suggestions?

I normally don't endorse slabbing but if you have to, you have to. I-77 once your in WV is one of the nicests interstates I've ever used. Great elevation changes, scenery, sweeping curves, then you have the the tunnels which are pretty fun. It will get you to the BRP in the end.

I think I did that one one the way home 2 years ago, have to agree for an Interstate it was pretty good.
