I broke the left mechanism that holds the visor as I was trying to remove it and I need to replace that. If you have that part or a damaged helmet that you don't need please let me know

I broke the left mechanism that holds the visor as I was trying to remove it and I need to replace that. If you have that part or a damaged helmet that you don't need please let me know
contact your local scorpion dealer, they may be able to replace that part under warranty.
Warranty won't cover it as it's for 3 years I believe, I bought the helmet in 2008. I've rarely used it and I want to have it as a spare at the track...

I don't think contacting the Scorpion dealer will help you replace the part. I was looking for the exo-1000 series the other day, they stopped manufacturing that model. Infact, Scorpion has closed down many of its manufacturers in China ... meaning a lot of their helmets are currently back ordered ...
you guys might be surprised. I had a faulty visor mechanism on my Exo-400 and I talked to a member here who at the time worked for a scorpion dealer, and they replaced the part for me no questions asked. I paid shipping from the dealer to get it here, but other than that it didn't cost anything for the actual part.
