Anyone have a good route from Toronto to Port Dalhousie??

Lakeshore from TO to Burlington, Beach strip past Hamilton then onto north service road cut up to Hwy 8 through Grimsby, turn off through Jordan Station to Lakeshore then right into Port Dalhousie.

Better cut up at Stoney Creek Centennial Drive to either HWY8 or Ridge Road then along to Grimsby.
