I don't think the video shows the actual runs. I don't think they would have short shifted the S1000RR into 3rd before they really applied power for a real run. Rubbish? Maybe....

Wish they ran a K1300s. Best I could pull was a 10.7 but I know I left a lot on the table. Would be nice to compare.

The really didn't dump the clutch on any of the launches either.

lol. yes, quite true. I demand a rematch, sir!

Upon pondering too, the F800R has shorter gearing than my S, and likely a 60-100lbs lighter rider, and likely can launch better than I did, so maybe 11.5 isnt unrealistic after all.
