Motorcycle Tank Protector Pics

I have the tech-spec. If you want it to protect your tank you'll need both the knee guards and the one piece that goes on the back of the tank.

You need to apply it properly though. Make sure you follow the instructions to remove any wax or other protectant from the paint before you put it on. I've had no issue with mine coming unstuck, but others have.

If you just want that little back protector, get one of those cheap stick ons.

Ahhhh - the old 'dirt catcher'.......I've actually seen rust behind those things. Must be lead in the dye?

Nope, it's because people don't give a damn about their bikes. Remove it when washing. Clean the area and wax it. With those two simple steps, you'll not have any issues.

On my cbr I had a tank protector that was skull, but then I look like I am holding a gypsy when he is eating my hram.

Now I just have flames.

Mines a magnetic black rectangle. Came with the bike. Thought it was glued on for almost the entire season until i took of the tank to change plugs and it fell of. Going to get a cool one this winter with the rest of my cosmetic work I'm doing.

Any one want to buy a magnetic black rectangle
