Interesting concept.

If you happen to be camping on a cold night the heat from your engine could help keep the tent toasty. Then again it might also set it on fire if you let the exhaust touch it.

Kind of interesting. The sleeping cabin seems a bit small, though that could just be the way the photo is laid out. Wonder how small it packs up.

Turbo I think it is the way the picture was captured, the width of the sleeping area is 89" wide x 97" long.

From the manufacturer's website:

Nearly $500 is normal for some people and their "regular" tents. Great idea if the quality is really there.
 
I just use a tarp wrapped around myself and the bike. It is about $490 cheaper, but doesn't have nearly as much room to move around.
 
Its a nice tent and not lacking for room at all as a 2 person tent. It really has height, where other tents you need to walk around on your knees. Its not for everyone, but every review I have read from actual users are its a great tent.

It packs up reasonably small, almost as small as my 2 man Sierra design tent, which is very compact. The sleeping area is very spacious for 1 person, and could sleep 2 if you use the vestibule for gear and junk.

I paid just over $400 for it, brand new from Dual Sport Plus.
 
Awesome tent. As was stated, it packs up small (compared to other two man tents). Quality is excellent and more than enough room inside to sleep two. I park my bike inside, kept it dry thru the night and gave me someplace to put my gear on. I'm 6'3 and can stand up inside. Yep it costs more than a tarp or a bunch of garbage bags taped together, but not as much as a good North Face tent.
 
Its a neat idea but really, using the money on a quality sleeping bag is a better investment.

If you rely on the bikes heat, by the time you wake up, the bike will be cold and so will you!

thats where I bought mine. I had read about them online before and liked the idea of such a tall tent, but always like to see these things in person before buying. I was getting my tires swapped at Dual Sport Plus and saw it for the first time, I really like it and they rave about it there.

Other than doing maintenance in the rain, I can't think of any reason you'd need your bike in the same tent as you. Then again, the bike cover I bought over a year ago is still in the original box. Haven't even tried it once, lol.

I could are less as well about parking my bike in there, but what I do love is its a HUGE vestibule. My other tent, sierra design, is very nice, but your in or your out. If its raining, your in the small little tent and thats about it. With this new tent, you can just open up the front, pull out a chair, relax, read, whatever. No more being cramped up in a small space, and you don't really suffer much in its packed size either.
 
I'd rather get a hotel room. ;)
 
There's a reason it's illegal to sleep in a garage. The fumes and CO are potentially deadly. With the air movement through the walls of the tent it may not be fatal but I'm pretty sure it ain't the healthiest option to be sleeping in a tent with an internal combustion engine and a tank full of gasoline.
