Where to Ride a Kawi KLR 650 from Oak Ridges?

Who has recommendations on where to take a my thumper, a Kawi 650 KLR, for a fun day trip? I'm looking for some trails, dirt and gravel roads a KLR can handle (not looking for single track best enjoyed with a proper dirt bike) that are a reasonable drive from Oak Ridges (King Rd, & Bathurst Area).

It's hard to find a better bike for a day of wandering. I was out in Melancthon/mono last week exploring lots of twisty gravel roads with tons of elevation in them. Good times. Most were short segments so each individual road is not a worthy destination, but you get to see a part of the province that not many people thoroughly explore. Impressions coffee house and bakery in Listowel was delicious (baked stuff was outstanding, coffee was ok).

Head up to Muskoka - find some gravel roads and ride until you're lost. Rinse and repeat.
