VRRA Friday Practice question

Hi, I'm wondering what the format is for VRRA friday practice days. Is there a group open to non-racers or is the day only open to VRRA licence holders? I'm specifically wondering about the Summer Classic at Grand Bend.

They also have a 2 hr endurance race on Friday which Jay and I will be competing on, so not sure how the practice and track day will be ran around it.
