Hi i was wondering if there was a US website that i could look at bikes that are for sale.Do they use kijiji down there? I have been looking at ebay but there has to be a better website

I don't know how people use Craiglist. Unless it's been drastically improved I couldn't find anything on it without just manually browsing through tons and tons of people's ads.
What do you mean? You go the city where you want to buy a bike (e.g. miami.craigslist.org), go to motorcycle section, then there is a search window on the top, enter the model number - tada! I bought my bike after searching through entire kijiji in Ontario and QC, and rochester/buffalo/detroit and other more or less local craigslist sites (you can also find a 'global' craigslist search site - it will search through several cities at the same time). You can also narrow down the search by specifying minimum (and/or maximum) price to avoid bike parts ads and crazy overpriced bikes.
Example: Hayabusa ads in Miami - still not perfect, but you get an idea.
