The Six ² Ride- Third Thursday of each month

On the third Thursday of each month at around 8pm hundreds of motorcyclist unite at Lakeshore and Leslie. This ride is to create awareness about motorcycles in the GTA. The ride takes you across the Gardiner, Up the 427, Across the 401, Down the DVP and back to Lakeshore and Leslie so you can enjoy the rest of the bike night. ;) For more info visit www.torontomoto.com

I'm just laughing that the group ride is 100% highway (and likely to create the wrong type of awareness).

At least this one is not inspired by "Ride of the Century".

Creating awareness as a group riding at reasonable speeds is a good idea to me.

EDIT: Hmm ok maybe I was wrong, I thought it was also the same group as the "Ride of the 6ix" post here:

At least in the above, and based on their Facebook page...that group is about wheelies in residential zones and stretched & dropped R1s.
