Hey guys, I'm planning on doing a ride up to Swift Rapids either Monday or Tuesday (6th or 7th) of next week. I'll be leaving from Barrie, riding up Ridge Road to avoid the garbage that is hwy11, then making my way past Orillia and up to the service roads. If anyone's interested in joining, reply here or send me a PM. Should only take a few hours there and back. I haven't done this ride before but from what I've heard it's pretty awesome. :D Google Maps Swift Rapids, Ont and look at the satellite map to see the road.

How was the road?

I'm in Barrie and just got a DR650.

I haven't had any time to ride this season but I'm looking for potential routes/destinations.
 
Yeah! The ride was great. Couldn't make it all the way to swift rapids due to a fence in the way.. But it was definitely a good ride. I'd be down to ride it again, so let me know if you're heading there!
