Suzuki 407 and Yonge in Richmond Hill

They're now owned and operated by Suzuki of Newmarket. A bit of research will reveal some unflattering things about SON. Whether the same ethics and business practices will follow there, I don't know.

SoN sucks....Richmond Hill was good...wonder how and if the new ownership will change things

i imagine it's up to the individual mechanic

haven't met the mechanic but the service guy is extremely unpleasant. pricing is also way higher than any other suzuki that i have contacted. with that said i think this is the place to buy a new bike. i was in there for 2 minutes and a sales rep tried to sell me a gsxr1000. brought out the "owner" from newmarket and he offered me $4,000 off msrp. very aggressive ppl ..

Well i think we now have 2 Suzuki of Newmarkets. North and South. I wouldnt be could dead in either place, these guys have only one mission in business, screw over as many people as possible to make a buck.
As a Suzuki owner and past SON customer thats my opinion. Good Luck Guys

Thanks for the replies guys. I remember few years back while checking out their showroom one of the car salesman tried to sell me the bike that I was sitting on. he didn't even know which model it was and going on about how fast they are selling them and that I should put my deposit on it asap. Needless to say I walked out of there fast.

I was asking them whether or not, if I paid in cash, they could write off a bike for less than I paid (so I can avoid OSAP dinging me for having a vehicle over 5,000). They insisted that I didn't know my **** and that OSAP doesn't care.

They also tried to sell my friend, who was with me, a GSXR-1000 and he's never been on a bike before. I literally asked them "Are you trying to kill my friend?" without a joking tone. They backed off after.

Just get your school to give you a vehicle appraisal sheet and get a mechanic or dealership to fill it out and say it was only 3k or something. I got screwed over by osap for my car being 10k, went and begged a dealership to write it for less so I could pay for school, and they did no problem.

I sooooo agree with you. Also ex Suzuku owner. I will never buy another Suzuki because of the way the head office do not care how SON treat us. Nothing to do with custmer satisfaction. All they want is your money. Ruthless.
