Suzuki 2004 GS500F Vacuum lines

Does anyone have a decent drawing that shows all the vacuum lines. I am guessing this is the EGR system. Why is it that NO ONE seems to publish carb stuff after 2002

The GS500 has a relatively simple airbox. The only line that's actually vacuum goes to the petcock. There is a larger tube that comes off the valve cover for the PAIR system. The GS500 is not equipped with EGR.

Other possible lines you might be thinking of:
-Drain/overflow tube for gas tank
-Drain for airbox
-Battery vent tube? (Unsure if the 2004 has this)

Haynes has an excellent manual that covers the entire GS500 series, however apparently it does not have any routing diagrams in it

No sir, I think you are mistaken. There are vent tubes connecting to top of carbs and a myriad of other crapola. I see there are some GS50's that have a much simpler carburation system. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. Grrr!

Do you have a California bike with an EVAP system maybe?

It's not impossible, sometimes these bikes work their way up across the border. I have a Honda 919 that came from California (someone deleted the EVAP system at some point though)
