It doesn't matter what the history of SON is. Anybody with a decent personality / character will not bash a previous employer. Especially since the riding community is tiny in the GTA.Ever think there's a reason for a reply like that? Ever thought about thinking before you post?

It does matter. They've screwed over so many people its not funny and it continues on and on. This doesn't speak to amazons character. She stated in away nicer way than the rest of us would that she wouldn't have anything serviced there. No one in their right mind would. You can carry on now. I think someone needs your expertise on why under tail exhaust robs power

Actually, Amazon has a ton of class. Likely the reason she left SON, also likely the reason she cares enough to warn other riders. I went to SON once to look at a new bike, I was there ten minutes and left, never to return. Believe it or not the salesman wanted $1000 more than the sticker price on the handlebar, he claimed someone mis-printed the tag. He actually got angry when I pushed the issue, then as I left, told me "fine, I was going to ask you to leave anyway"!

SON sucked because of management and the way they dealt with **** higher up the ladder...I've been there.
As far as I know she just ran parts to the best of her ability and tried to bring about some changes.
Telling people you probably don't want to take your bike there is doing you all a favour. I should have put a wink, wink, nudge, nudge in my original post.
