I was browsing Shop.ca last night and saw some heated Gerbings gear on sale. Down to about $200 for a 7v lithium ion battery heated soft shell jacket but there are only size s and m and xl left. I didn't see what the women's stuff was like. so...a $300 heated jacket for $150. They have heated vests too.
I'm a size L and so can't take advantage of the deal but someone here might be able to.
Note that these heated jackets and vests are Gerbings line of gear for hiking or snow sports and they recommend their 12v gear for motorsports but reviews seem to be favourable for them and Revzilla sells them for bikes too.
