Silly Vest Question

Hi peeps. So, I have a small Milwaukee flannel jacket and thinking of putting a vest over it. A Z1R Linchpin.

So, my question is. Do I buy a medium vest? One size bigger than my jacket? Thanks. I know sizes differs between companies…I just hate returning gear when size is not right.

If I read the ads right, the smallest size is M. I've usually found that a jacket liner is close to a size step. The joys of brick and mortar stores...
