Heres the scenario.
I order 5 items from a store online. I am quoted a certain amount for shipping based on these 5 items. The total is $175 including shipping. Only 3 of the 5 items arrive. 2 Items were refunded due to cancellation or out of stock. I was told after the fact regarding the out of stock item when I opened my package to discover it was missing and emailed them. (So they know to remove those 2 items from invoice PRIOR to sending shipment)
After many email exchanges, store refunds me the cost of the items I purchased but never received. Shouldn't they also refund the shipping for items never shipped?
Its not a lot of money, but I figured its the principle of doing good business. And only after I chased them about refunding me money for items not sent would they actually issue me a refund.
