Did suzuki of newmarket change their name to serpa?

Came across this, but something didnt sit right till I realized there's some switch-eroo going on(in addition to the jacked up price on a molested bike):

You worry too much. Yes there is a Serpa autogroup. No, the bike isn't molested.
