Toronto paramedics say a motorcyclist has been rushed to a trauma centre after crashing in Scarborough.
Emergency services were called to the scene at Sheppard Avenue East and Rouge River Drive just before 7 p.m.
The male victim, believed to be in his 30s-to-40s, is currently in hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police say it appears the motorcyclist lost control and crashed. No other vehicles were involved in the collision.
