Road suggestions on way to catskill mountains

I'm heading out in Saturday for catskill. Please share any recommended must see spots or riding roads along the way. Much appreciated, thanks.
 
Might want to post this in the cruising / touring section.
There has been a lot of flooding in that area of the north east, might want to check that before you head out.
