If you watch the footage slowly, you will see drivers of both vehicles opposite the driver of the dash cam getting out of their vehicles to assist, and the dash cam guy/gal pulled over.

That’s 4 coming to the victim’s aid. Not sure of the construction guy’s intentions. He appears to be closest to the vehicle that made the left and struck the motorcycle.

Having the crash on video it is tempting to comment on various factors but not in this section. I think the video is elsewhere on the forum. Let's just hope there were no life threatening or long term injuries. GWS.
