If a bike in Western Canada is a total loss then taken to another Western province where it is put on the road after repairs and now has a non branded title/ownership can it be regustered in Ontario as non branded?

It sounds like they fixed it and now has a clean ownership, so does the ontario ministry of transportation just go by that?

As far as I know, a bike that was once a total loss will never have a "clean" ownership and will be branded as rebuilt.
People have bought rebuilt bikes from Quebec, only to find out they cannot be plated in Ontario.

what provinces?

as spaceboy said, once its been branded, it should never have a clean title. if it does, it will have a non-original VIN

It was originally from Saskatchewan and was a total loss according to the Saskatchewan govt website, but now that same vin in Manitoba is unbranded?
