Q3 pressures on track?

Any recommendations for psi's on freshly scrubbed in Q3's at the track.. also for the street?

I'm currently running stock pressures and they feel amazing.. got them worked in almost edge to edge and been intentionally silly with them without having ANY sort of slippage. Had Rosso Corsa's before and feel like these work a little better (I really wanted to like the Pirelli's better).

I run em 26 rear and 31 front cold on the track (on my 07 R1) but am getting some funny wear on the tread sipes, some people said my rear starting pressure was too low.

I'm doing 32/32ish, that's what dunlop and many other people said to run.
