Ninja 650 Valve Check? Can anyone do it for me? Also Chain and sprockets?

Wondering if anyone in the GTA does valve checks im at 25,000 and should prob make sure everything is running smooth. I also am wondering what the chain and sprocket size is for the 2006 ninja 650 (cant seem to find my owner manual) and hard time finding the info on google . Id like to order the parts today.

Don't waste your time. Valve checks are at 42,000km
