Ninja 250 Tail Bag Mounts

Does anyone know where in the GTA/Golden Horseshoe I can get a tail pack mounting system similar to this Ventura layout: http://www.ventura-bike.com/products/bikepacksystem.aspx ?

Ventura only seems to have U.S. distributors/dealers.
