Nikwax on visor

Water sticking to my visor is very annoying. I noticed Nikwax makes "nikwax visor proof", but I cant find it anywhere. I have a few bottles of nikwax softshell proof. Any reason why I shouldn't use that on my visor?

Oh any one notice a huge difference between shark RSR and RSI visors? My RSR does not fog and water flies right off. RSI's visor fogs up and water sticks to it.

I've never used any kind of wax on my visor, but what I find helps is to turn your head left and right at speed. The air rushing past the visor will blow the water droplets off your visor.

Also, some rain gloves have a little squeegie on the left index finger, but sometimes that can smear debris already on the visor (like bugs).
