Just get into the Direct Energy Centre and I get greeted by a lineup of Honda bikes all lined up.


Last time I was at KW Honda the bikes were spread out so I did not really have a chance to see them all lined up together. I was shocked by how compact the CBR 1000 RR is.
Needless to say I am a fan of the CB 1100...

Then on the way to our seats what do I see? Another display; except you could sit on pretty much anything and get info.


Again, I gravitated to something which is very much like my old CB 750:




FYI, the Rock The Red day at the Honda Canada Head Office is July 28th. A chance to demo some of these bikes...

Paul Tracy was there.

and... took pictures with fans and signed them. He was very gracious and super with the fans.

James Hinchcliffe also went out of his way to greet fans. He was by far the fan favourite today...



The weather was perfect and my family had an awesome time. Only going today because I am in the truck tomorrow but next year I will plan to go both days.

Those indy cars are super light weight. I pushed one uphill right into a trailer when it was in neutral with the help of another guy.the tires were so slick, I had to wash my hands after cause the car had tire warmers on and I could see dark rings all over my hand

..and I thought my kart tires had slicks on...nothing compared to tire traction in these things.

Now if I could go see a MOTO GP bike....!
