I recently purchased a used bike pretty much identical to this one in the picture, except. my tail is pretty much the same as the one in this picture. However the license plate is not off to the side but right under the tail light. And that mudguard/fender near the front of the rear tire was removed by a previous owner.
I read the requirements for safety certs. Just trying to get a general consensus on whether or not whoever was doing the safety would not pass me for that
Also if the case is that it would most certainly not pass do to this, can anyone tell me where I could find the parts I need aside from ebay?
Just an added note: Everything else on the bike is in tip top shape this is the only part that worries me for passing safety.(well added lights for the plate on a mudguard is one too..)
