Damn this is getting old and it's not even the end of June...

Environment Canada has released a special weather statement warning of “ovenlike conditions” in southern Ontario over the coming days.

Temperatures are expected to reach the high thirties on Thursday, with the humidex hitting the low forties and causing “rather uncomfortable warmth” in some areas.

Toronto’s forecast is comparatively chilly, with a high of 32 C, although it will feel more like 38 C.

The humidity will decrease slightly on Friday, offering some relief, but temperatures will stay in the low-thirties into next week.

ovenlike and for a bloody week !!!!
Tropical Australia wasn't this hot.

Early morning and late evening rides for this boy - at least there is a bit of a moon.

I always have a few bottles of water on hand wherever I go, cold or hot. Heading on trip into Upstate New York this weekend and will keep my bladder on hand as well, nice ice cubes in the morning usually keeps the water cold for the entire riding day.

I actually drink more it's warm and usually have some crystal light in it to give it some flavor.

It's lovely out now = 19 and a bit of a moon. Out north of KW - almost no wind - great time to ride. Timmies now has wifi some spots so thats good.
You going anywhere long weekend?

Good, I like the heat! Especially on race days, lots of guys can't work through it so it makes the day easier lol.

Water is needed, even if it's warm... When you're hot enough, even water that is warm enough to be tea will taste great.

Forget all the beverages, all most people need is water, just plain old water. Gatorade and the like is useful if you're really sweating your butt off, but normally it's just extra stuff your body doesn't need. On race days, even when it's in the mid-high 30's, I'll only have maybe 2 bottles of powerade, the rest is water, at least 3L worth.
