I think I'm in love... traded my 2000 Ninja ZX9-R for a 2006 CBR600F4i

Wow! I'm blown away with how SWEET my new little CBR600F4i is!

Coming from my 2000 Ninja ZX9-R, it feels like the CBR weighs nothing. It's light and nimble, and still has plenty of stomp. Of course, I'm 5'6" so the CBR is a better fit for me. My friends who are 6' + all thought my 9 was comfortable. Not me.

My 20006 CBR600F4i feels a lot like a lighter version of my 99 VFR800. It has the banana seat and the clip-ons are above the triple clamp, so it's quite comfortable. I think it'll make a great sport tourer.

I was VERY lucky. The one I found was virtually new at a dealer for $6K. Only 3,600 km, and not a mark on it. In fact, I find it hard to believe it even has any kms on it at all. Absolutely MINT!

@Kool - Yeah, now I just need an autobot sticker! :-)

@kanabis - It's never too late! :-)

@AF4iK - Thanks!

@ViperZ - The blue/black is a really nice color scheme!

@rg0r - funny thing was, I went shopping for new gloves and ended up buying a new bike. Couldn't resist!

That is nice! Grats!

F4i is a modern classic. When you're an old ****er you'll be telling your grandkids about that ol' Honda you had and loved.

@00ninja - thx!

@onecartel - LOL... Yes, I can picture that happening. This is my 28th bike, so they'll be a few of those stories to tell. :-)

congrats on the bike. Just sold mine a month ago.
Apart from the seat feeling like a board of wood, they're very nice bikes

Did your CBR not have the banana seat? So far, mine seems really comfortable. Of course, I haven't done any major km trips yet, so I may change my mind. :-)
