Well, the yellow and blue points connections are in the under the oil tank area near the rear brake that's where the "yel" and "blu" "vio" and "org" intercept the connection between the coils and the points plate.
You will definitely have to remove the tank, as the coils are under there and that's where the "black" y-cable plugs in between the coils and the battery (through the ignition and run switch).
Pretty easy really, install the box near the oil tank somewhere with tie wraps, maybe behind the airbox area(?)
