Hard start

Probably time for a new battery. Have you cleaned the battery cables? ( at both ends)

How may km on it? Valve clearances checked recently? Sparkplugs?

There are some late model engines that are calibrated to use the bare minimum amount of fuel injection for starting, for emissions reasons, and if anything is the slightest bit out of kilter, no go.

Perhaps.

@Pilot888, how long has this been happening? If it's over a long period of time, might not be the battery as it may have kaput by now. Also, if it only happens on cold starts but not on warm starts then it may point to another issue.

An easy test is to jump the bike using a functional car battery or another motorcycle's battery first thing and if it fires up a lot easier, then it's your battery. If it's still hard starting, then at least you've ruled the battery out.

Also, with a bad battery you should be able to hear a difference in cranking.

And no matter how well you explain it, there will always be questions, so take a video and show the tachometer and all dash lights while cranking.
