Hamilton 403 and the Linc

I passed there at 7:35PM and lots of people already stopped to help. It must just happened minutes ago as I could still see the white dust/smoke in the air when I came around west bound ramp from 403. Hope there is no serious injury and wish the rider a speedy recovery.
