I'm selling my 2001 Civic LX with only 145k and extremely clean...tasteful mods done: Eibach Pro springs, AEM full CAI, 6k HIDs, Ractive strut bar, 16" fat5s wrapped in new Potenza G019 Grids, and some cosmetics! No rust and all power options. Runs like a dream and I babied it since I got it. I might consider trade + ca$h for an older civic. See pics in my ad:
