I gotta ask, how did your bike take 4 L of oil and then 2 days later its over full? Did you put oil in while it was on the side stand? The cape breton trail is so so. There are better roads in the maritimes, but most tourists never find them.

The oil indicator kept coming on and after a days ride I put her on center stand and filled up 4 liters. In my haste I dint check the level. It was already full and I kept topping her off. It eventually got over full and spilled out. Apparently the tiger can store more than 6 liters of engine oil if filled up.

I'm riding to nova scotia next week, you're welcome to join but I already planned out my route.

day 1: my house to thetford mines, qc
day 2: around the gaspe peninsula and sleep in bathurst, nb
day 3: yarmouth, ns
day 4: sydney ns
day 5: around the cabot trail to amherst, ns
day 6 and onward: working my way back home, haven't decided route

Day 2 is 1200 kms but the other days are all < 1000.

These are all good and low traffic. The top of the trail is a little rough but the rest is good. A section of 30 from margaree to baddeck is rough the rest is new.
