Deal on 2012 Track Days at TMP

I'm awfully tempted because I really enjoy running at TMP...but are we ***100%*** sure that they will be in business next year? It seems all that has been posted here about TMP's future is "trust me, I know a guy who knows what's going on" kinda stuff.

Apparently Power of Sale is still pending for TMP. I'm not sending them any money until that is settled - it could easily be money lost.
