These guys used to do meter rebuilding for older Brit bikes - maybe they can help you or point you in the right direction.
You can get parts for the Smith instruments, found on old brit bikes. I have never seen parts for Denso gauges.
You can carefully pry the bezel ring off, and carefully put it back on, but you can tell it's been apart. You can't get the bezel bent back smooth.
Walridge can get new bezels, and the glass for the Smith clocks. More modern clocks have plastic bezels, glued on, that don't come apart without wrecking the case.
If you have VO clocks, try to find the guy that used to fix the tachographs found in trucks (they were usually VO).
