Custom small saddlebags

Can anyone direct me to where or with whom I may be able to have made saddlebags like this locally.

They look quite nice. How would you ensure they don't go into the rear wheel? You will need some saddlebag standoffs or something else. A custom leather worker could do those. Veggie tan stained light brown, single brass buckle.

I've made custom leather bags but I don't have the time anymore. They take too long to design and assemble.

I made a steel mounting bracket for my old Honda for this bag.

This guy Julio mostly makes seats but he also does bags. I think he's up in Acton.
