Hey so I think my clutch is slipping again. In 1st and 2nd gear high rpms are slow to climb,

If it was slipping your rpm's would go up faster but not in turn with your speed.

if I hammer the throttle in first the bike goes sideways as the rpms jump up.

That would be more like wheel spin, if your clutch was slipping you would have less power to spin your tire.

I have already replaced the clutch and went to rosey toes for an adjustment because the plates were rattling. Now it worked for a few weeks and now its slighty slipping again.

How would I go about adjusting my clutch(just tighten or lossen the adjustment at the bottom left of the bike?), how do I kno which way I turn the clutch adjustment nut.

Your explanation doesnt point to slippage in any way, especially the part about rattling......Sounds like you have other issues, possibly something was not installed properly

I say it should be adjusted south west.

that should stop it from going sideways

When I hammer the throttle the rpms jump up but the bike hesitates causing it slide from left to right a little, especially from standstill. Like if I downshift to second and hammer the throttle while in motion the rpms just sound like the are cclimbing to fast but there is no wheel spin. But if I pull away from a light hammer the throttle the bike jumps to 6,7 rpms speed doesn't match the rpms and the back end gets squirly Since I replaced my clutch, it seems I have been having adjustment issues this time I want to try and adjust it my self as I brought it to rosey toes, sat for 3 hours and had him turn the bolt a quarter turn and the bike was fine lol

Still, as everyone has said - if you bike is "sliding" or "back end gets squirely", this description does not in any way support clutch slippage.

If you doubt reciprocity, go against him and adjust it North East - and report back.

^^^^ lol... Is this "gtam improv night" :)

Make sure our clutch has 5mm or so free play. (cluch lever movement before it pulls the cable)

Try less tire shine.
lol =)

Doesn't really make sense for what you are describing. Where do you live? Tell Rosey Toes to take it for a ride so he can see what's up. Or take it to a different shop:
