Thinking of doing it July 4th... The date show up in cayuga website but not motorcycletrackdays.ca. Wonder who is the organizer?

I will be going to this. Ive never been to the track before and do plan to take the intro to track someday. For now just gonna try it out :D

Are TMP run day as unorganized as couple years ago? Or they have been much improved?

When I've done the days run by TMP themselves the riders meeting was a little strange, but on time. Tech was on time. Sessions started and stopped on time. Red flags were handled quickly. Session flags were good/clear. That's all I really expect out of a track day. And I love that they wave the checkered flag at the end of the sessions, makes you feel like you won :D

Yes, they are still a bit....amateurish?....compared to other providers. Tech is not really that thorough or competent, and regarding the on-track rules Uli never really seems to be completely clear on what he want the riders to do. The rules tend to get decided by committee. Other than that, it isn't bad. I certainly have no problems attending those days.

Honestly, all they need to do is to get one experienced person to run tech and to go through the flags thoroughly at the riders' meeting, and it would be just fine.

I wanted to but unfortunately I wont have the funds for the intro. I'll be just going to the lapping day I guess for my first time.

Have fun!

I know what you mean. Nearly $200 for only like 2.5 hours of riding. But the lessons learned is worth it IMO.

Enjoy your day too

It costs like $40 more and you get 3 solid hours of riding. You'll learn way more doing the course then just doing a lapping day.

all sessions on any day run by anyone are ended with a checkered flag. Tech is abit of a joke. Uli just pokes at ur brakes and stuff. Pretty sure he doesn't have a clue what he's doing.
