Buying a Bike in Quebec?

I've noticed over the last few browses on Kijiji bikes in Quebec are cheap enough by comparison that it would save money to get a buddy in Ottawa with a big pickup to do the drive with me to get one there instead.

What I want to know are all the associated fees and paperwork with registering a bike I bought in Quebec here in Ontario. Anyone have experience with this?

Although none of the threads even answer the question. What are the fees? I've heard everything from Quebec PST + ON HST to just HST, to some convoluted thing involving both.

Well, linky to the search results doesn't work that well. Anyway, there were a couple of good threads, and there may be some info in the sticky importing thread. If you were to buy a brand new bike in Quebec, you should be able to get your QC taxes back. If you are buying used and towing it away, then obviously you're not paying any taxes up there.
