Buddy dropped his bike/ parts needed/suggestions

One of my buddies low sided on his Ninja 300, Other than the rash to the fairings the only other thing that needs to be replaced is the heel guard/mount as it broke. The peg and brake lever are fine but the mount is toast.

Other than the dealer, any other suggestions on where to get a replacement at a decent price??

Not many knock off parts from China for the 300 yet, too new. No scrap yard is likely to have one yet. Dealer is your best option. Tell him not to repair the fairings until the next time he drops it.

Which bike? Sometimes you can order bodywork from China for $380 shipped, comes with tank cover, can change the entire look of the bike, comes in any paint scheme you'd want.

SV rearsets are a good aftermarket choice. They're about $200 and don't disintegrate upon impact.
