Bike storage anyone ?

I know its a little early but I just want to see if there is any interest in Storing your bike in Ajax . I have room for 10 bikes. Storage will be heated and 24hr surveillance. You must have valid insurance and bike has to be in your name. I will store your bike from Nov 1 to April 1 for $50 a month . Fee of $250 will be paid upfront and will be the full fee whether you take the bike early or it stays til April.

Do we have to drain it of fuel and oil? Checked with another storage place and that's what they said, their insurance specified that :(
 
So you're charging almost as much as guys like kneedragger88 charge, but without a lot of the service?
