Just curious if its considered a minor or major offence...It comes with a 30 day ministry imposed suspension upon conviction which is a *****...however I believe there are no demerit points. A suspension but no points thats retarded....

Also I'm assuming its a moving violation, is it possible to plea bargain for a suspension exemption?
 
It's worse than major, it's a serious offence (100% surcharge). I couldn't find the information on an official website, but the following document seems pretty comprehensive. See page 14, bottom right.

I think the insurance implications may be worse than the suspension.

EDIT: The above applies if you have a G1/G2/M1/M2. If you got the ticket strictly based on being 21 or less, I would assume the same consequences, but that is just a guess, I couldn't find any useful information.

I can barely find anything either...even government sites are so vague with this ******** law.

I don't understand how it could be a serious offence. That would would put it up there with impaired driving (DUI), careless, reckless and other criminal charges.
