Anti-Theft Help

Hello all,

I been reading a lot on the forum about anti-theft systems that might help thos who live in Condos and such. However, looking for some tips that would be cost friendly and something I could get for when I park my bike at a mall or at my local gym. I have a garage at home to store the bike so a chain might be to much.

You could get a quality alarm, with immobilizer, made by companies like Scorpio, Ungo, Gorilla, etc. but realize that you're likely the only person who would pay attention to it. Adding a pager unit would at least let you know when it's going off, so that you could take a look if you're nearby.

A cable or chain, locked to a solid immovable object and with no slack, is your best bet. That, and parking next to other, more desirable motorcycles. That way if they take one, it won't be yours.
